Sketch Dump May 2011

Here are some things that have been happening in my sketchbook recently! Lots of color, lots of completely un-related drawings...

Washington D.C for They Draw and Travel!

I drew a map of Washington D.C for the wonderful They Draw and Travel! It has all of the best places to go... according to me! I'd like to think, however, that I do know a bit about it, having lived just outside the city for so many years. Enjoy!

The BBC's "Merlin"

Just started watching Merlin again last night! It's even more ridiculous than I remembered.

Summer Break!

My sophomore year at the Maryland Institute College of Art is officially over! It's amazing how time flies. I hope to keep updating over the summer, though I'm not sure how much of the work I produce is going to be something other than fanart... Perhaps I'll post some of that anyway, as well as anything else I make! Anyway, have a drawing:

This was a quick typographic experiment I did as the second part of a diptych. The lyrics are from a Jewel song, because of course they are.

Fat Bitch #1 Zine Update!

Look what I got put together! The zine is a small collection of some of the work I've done this year, some serious, most silly. There's a few comics, some ladies, and even some fan art!

It was put together for my Sequential Art final. Right now I've only done a limited run for that class, but if there's enough interest I might do a second run to sell online!
